Confidentiality

T3 BioScience's Employees often learn or acquire during their work confidential and/or proprietary information about the Company, its business partners, its customers and suppliers. Employees must respect, maintain and protect the confidentiality of any such confidential information acquired, with the exceptions of disclosure being authorized or legally mandated. If information is already available in the public domain it is not regarded as confidential information. Confidential or proprietary information is defined as any non-public information, for example, trade secrets, specific human resource information, business strategies, scientific research strategies and researched results and data, that would be harmful to T3 BioScience or one of its business partners if disclosed to competitors and/or the public.
