Aquaculture

RejuAgro – a novel organism discovered from soil by T3 in late 2018. RejuAgro belongs to the Pseudomonas family and has proven high potency and versatility in inhibiting 21 agricultural pathogens. Out of these 21 pathogens, nine pathogens across seven different crops are inhibiting agricultural diseases at par with antibiotics used in the U.S. and other markets around the global.
RejuAgro is being commercialized as a unique biocontrol agent with the inhibition strength and stability of a chemical or antibiotic pesticide, without their negative environmental impact. Its characteristics uniquely combine the best of both, standard biocontrol agents and antibiotics but avoiding the weaknesses of either product category.
Status:

  • Patent protected
  • Protype was successfully and independently tested in 2019 and 2020 in the field.
  • Biosafety: Classified as biosafety level 1
  • Current status: final formulation work started in 2021, combined with first toxicity tests.

Natural Product Pipeline (Aliases for product names) –

CHY4 – an organism extracted from soil, inhibiting four agricultural pathogens across three crops at par with chemicals or antibiotics used in the market.
Status:

  • Provisional patent filed in January 2021
  • Ongoing early product development, internal greenhouse testing, and planned first external field tests in 2021
